This leading medical device company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Services team providing a high level of Customer Service to their customers. This is a very rewarding opportunity to be part of a fun and bubbly team environment, working in an end to end customer service role where you really are enhancing people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a variety of client and customer queries
- Schedule appointments for customers and technicians around Australia
- First point of contact for incoming calls and emails and providing solutions
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain the client and customer database and record correspondence
- Support the wider team with administrative support where necessary
- Continuous reporting, maintaining records and documentation of events
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years in a Customer Service experience
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- A great sense of humour is key for this role!
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Competent in Microsoft office - Word and Excel
