We currently have position available for a casual Customer Service Car Park Attendant at a Car Park in the Maroochydore region.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated people who love customer service and would love to be part of team that loves what they do. As a casual employee, you will have the flexibility in working hours, and a possibility for a more permanent position in the future if that interests you. Flexible rosters can range from morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

In addition to standard award employment conditions (Car Parking Award 2010), you will receive uniforms and all necessary training.  

Responsibilities that will be part of this role are:

  • Delivering exceptional service to all customers and shopping centre retailers;
  • Monitoring and operating onsite intercom and car park control systems
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all services areas within a shopping centre including the Centre Management team;
  • Taking pride and ownership of all tasks that you will be attending to;
  • Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times;
  • Monitoring traffic management within the car park;
  • Reporting incidents and events accurately and being Worksafe aware;
  • Ensuring that car park standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have proven experience in a customer service position;
  • Be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service;
  • Have immaculate personal presentation;
  • Be able to communicate clearly and fluently in English;
  • Able to learn new systems and procedures quickly;
  • Be reliable, enthusiastic and have strong communications skills;
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Have a clear record from a Police check
  • Have a driver's licence;
  • Provide a brief resume on your achievements and prior experience

Previous experience working in a managed car park environment would be highly regarded!
