The market leader within their medical industry, specializing in Skin Cancer testing and treatment.
Your new role
To over see the Customer Service & Sales team
- Carry out daily morning meetings with the team (face to face or by video conferencing)
- Structure markets to target daily
- Assist in creation of scripts for the team
- Coaching & development of the team (face to face or by video conferencing)
- To be the point of escalation
- Reporting on the teams performance
- To develop strong relationships with practice managers/clinics etc
- Assist with coordinating of appointments if specialized
- To contact existing patients to advise and to arrange check up appointments
- 'cold call' potential new patients to convert into clinic appointments for check up
- Ensure that the patient receives a positive & professional experience with yourself and the team
What you'll need to succeed
- Inbound & outbound Contact center sales experience (1 year minimum)
- Previous 2IC or Team Lead experience preferred
- Ability to meet KPI's
- Results driven & self motivated
- A strong team player
- The ability to motivate the team to succeed
