Are you looking for an energetic and rewarding career? It’s an exciting time at UHG, we are rapidly growing and are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Consultants to work within our Medical Information Exchange team!
  
Our Case Officers pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service to our portfolio of blue-chip clients. In your new role, you may work across many functions including:
  • Inbound and outbound customer service
  • Case management
  • Administration

What your new tasks include:
  • Contacting Specialists and Medical Clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of insurance applicants and policy holders
  • Writing accurate case notes in client systems
  • Liaising with key stakeholders on the status of your case load and individual requests
  • Managing your portfolio and ensuring your case load is actioned within time frames specified in our service level agreement
 
To become one of our superstars, you will need...
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment. You will have call KPIs so you will need to have worked in telephone-based customer service.
  • Solid time management skills - you need to work to deadlines and agreed service levels.
  • Attention to detail - you're working within guidelines for the Insurance industry and must be strong in this area.
  • Excellence – You contribute to delivering the WOW factor through outstanding quality & service 
  • Exceptional communication skills - you will be liaising with practitioners, patients and our Life Insurance clients so your telephone and written communication skills are important.
  • Willing, available and reliable!
  • You will be required to undergo a National Police Check - continued employment at UHG is subject to a successful Police Check
