Join a global innovative solutions company in Macquarie Park as Customer Service Team Leader. The company is looking for a dynamic individual with previous management experience to support the fun and high performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and mentor a team of 4 Customer Service Officers
- Organise team meetings, rosters, training programs, leave balances and manage performance issues
- Ensure that KPIs are met and that weekly/ monthly reporting is provided
- Complete inductions and ensure that the safety policies are obeyed
- Manage escalations and assist with resolving queries and providing timely updates to customers
- Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, customers and internal departments
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a team leader
- Superior customer service skills
- Degree qualified or working towards a Bachelor Degree
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
