Join a global innovative solutions company in Macquarie Park as Customer Service Team Leader. The company is looking for a dynamic individual with previous management experience to support the fun and high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor a team of 4 Customer Service Officers
  • Organise team meetings, rosters, training programs, leave balances and manage performance issues
  • Ensure that KPIs are met and that weekly/ monthly reporting is provided
  • Complete inductions and ensure that the safety policies are obeyed
  • Manage escalations and assist with resolving queries and providing timely updates to customers
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, customers and internal departments


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a team leader
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Degree qualified or working towards a Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
