Your Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful applicant has the opportunity to build and take ownership of a multifaceted role based out of our Sydney headquarters.  The main responsibilities include supporting our customers with their sales and technical enquiries, as well as supporting other internal departments such as Sales and Marketing.  There will also be opportunities for technical content writing and educational material development.

Our Requirements

  • Have a tertiary qualification in Naturopathy, Nutrition or related field
  • Proven strategic and tactical selling skills
  • Natural customer focus/positive relationship builder
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and tenacious drive to succeed
  • Results orientated, highly organised and problem solver with attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Good technical aptitude
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Display excellent personal presentation and integrity
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Sound technical knowledge
