Optus Business Centre Bankstown is currently expanding and looking to hire one highly experienced phone ninja for an "Appointment Setting " role in our new office located in the heart of Bankstown. We are looking for a B2B Lead Generator/Appointment Setter to work alongside and support our team of Business Development Managers.
We are looking for an ambitious and tenacious individual who loves a challenge to assist us in generating quality leads; so if you have experience in Lead Generation and you're hungry and driven to achieve results we want to hear from you!
As a lead generation specialist, the core purpose of your role is to generate qualified appointments for our team of nationally top-performing Business Development Managers. The role will involve cold calling prospects, building rapport, identifying decision makers and engaging them to convert prospects to qualified leads.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Previous lead generation or outbound telemarketing experience essential
- Superior communication skills and the ability to quickly engage people on the phone
- A confident personality with a competitive streak
- Hunger and drive to earn large monthly commission checks
- To be a self-motivated, reliable team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Fluent and articulate written and verbal English communication skills
