Customer Compliance Officer

• Long term temporary assignments | Government Department
  
• Positions in Mt Druitt & Liverpool | Full-time hours | Monday - Friday
  
• $31.31/hour + super
  
  Chandler Macleod are excited to have multiple temporary opportunities available in Mt Druitt and Liverpool! We are seeking exceptional customer service professionals with strong administration experience to commence in August 2018.   The Role:
  
  Working within a traditional Call Centre environment, you will be responsible for:
  
  • Assisting customers with phone enquiries, including interpretation of debts, policies and processes
  
  • Solving complex problems and initiate positive outcomes for the customer
  
  • Keeping up to date with legislation and policies
  
  • Reviewing customer information and ensure records are maintained accurately
  
  • Upholding customer confidentiality at all times
  
  The Successful Candidate:
  
  We are looking for individuals with the following experience:
  
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  
  • Strong administration, numerical and computer skills
  
  • Ability to manage sensitive and complex enquiries with empathy and resilience
  
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous, yet not essential
  
  • Strong written, verbal and numerical skills
  
  • You must be an Australian Citizen and undergo an entry level background check
  
  What’s on Offer:
