Recognised as a global leader in the supply of electronic testing and measurement, Fluke Australia, part of the Fortive group of companies, requires an experienced customer service specialist based at our headquarters in Castle Hill.
You will be responsible for delivering world class Customer Service to all external and internal customers. 

The Role:

Working alongside an experienced operations team, your role will include:

Inbound Calls & Sales Support

  • Manage customer queries on product Price, Availability, and Lead Times based on information from the Oracle system
  • Manage and maintain sales input to CRM system
  • Transfer Technical and Accounts related queries received through switch or by email to appropriate department/personnel 

Order Management (OM) & Customer Service

  • Enter customer purchase orders in Oracle system. This includes warranty related orders, customer’s Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Pro-Forma Invoices for Cash in Advance (CIA) customers.
  • Processing of training related customer invoices and rebates in Oracle system. This includes admin assistance to Finance and Marketing Teams.
  • Manage and maintain pricing matrix
  • Preparation and distribution of customer backorder reports to channel partners in Excel format.
  • Act as an information source on status of factory and customer backlogs, product returns, replacements, and inbound and outbound shipment delivery schedules

Adhoc Responsibilities

  • Adhoc responsibilities as required from time to time

Your Profile:

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the below skills:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Entry, or similar roles
  • Qualification in Customer Service, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar
  • Electrical / engineering experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Customer Service Attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365. Advanced MS Excel Skills. Knowledge of Powerpoint preferable but not essential   
  • Experience in ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Experience in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Highly energetic and a high level of pro-activeness and flexibility
  • Highly Organized, “Can Do Attitude”, Attention to Detail
  • Can work with G&A, Sales & Marketing Teams and retain good inter relationships with customers and suppliers
