About The OpportunityThey are now looking for a Sales & Customer Care Specialist to join their company in Mulgrave VIC.
The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of the sales and service team to promote and sell products provided by the business and maintain customer relationships.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Grow and retain business via outbound calls to existing customers
- Maintain ongoing relationships with businesses and customers
- Build and document a pipeline in the CRM for future opportunities and referrals
- Cross-sell and provide relevant information on all products and services
- Monthly sales reports combining call outcomes in line with set KPI's
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales and outbound calling experience
- Exposure to a relevant industry
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Experience using a CRM or in-house systems/software (desirable)
- Tier 2 RG146 Accreditation (desirable)
- A high level of motivation, energy and drive to achieve KPI's
