This leading edge software developer provides on-line booking systems for the hospitality industry.
If you enjoy customer contact and have an interest in the internet and email systems you will be trained to interact with customers and provide solutions to their needs.
The role involves providing instruction to users of this reservations system when they encounter problems following the manuals.
This is not a highly technical position so no need to be intimidated by the sound of the role. An above average understanding of software systems and terminology will assist, so you can better brief the tech team about issues being experienced by customers,
Social media and emarketing are a part of this role.
Good, clear verbal communication skills are a must as you will be explaining how to operate the system via the phone.
Interviews will be conducted in Perth.
