This Prestigious global organisation  are well renowned for their work in the property sector but also in their supportive company culture and global opportunities! 

We are looking for proactive, bubbly doers who have fantastic customer service skills and want to work as part of a friendly and supportive team striving to support their members and build relationships. You will be contacting existing members to gauge their interest in further training course and relevant industry events! 

This is an exciting newly created role where training will be provided. You will be the first Account Manager in the company and as such can make the role your own! 

About the role

• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients and contacts via telephone and e-mail
• To provide solutions and support to the customer using in-depth knowledge of company products and services (full training given)
• Speaking to members and informing them of upcoming events & training forums relevant to their further development
• Taking full ownership of queries and managing customer expectations

About you

• Previous experience in a Sales Support/Account Management role
• Good customer service and telephone skills
• Able to Multitask and organise 
• Positive energy and a can-do attitude!
