About the role:
  
Our client is looking for someone experienced but also someone who is looking to grow in the role. Although they will only take on the right person who posses’ all the right experience, qualities and enthusiasm because they already have a vision of growth and progression for this person.

• Monday – Friday
• Sales and rapport building 
• Cross referring within the business 
• Maintaining call cycles and call backs
• Manage and run your own calls 
• $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + Bonuses 
• 4 weeks structured training + ongoing training/ coaching provided
• Surrounding parking available, great cafes, shops and parks all within walking distance.

About you:

• 2 years in a similar position 
• High emotional intelligence 
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
• Experience with both Insurance and Sales

As a Sales consultants you will be making various calls to current customers and following up on inquiries to identify the needs of your customers. From there you will try to insure the best outcome for all parties EASY
