Our small call centre based in North Brisbane is seeking a natural born leader to take our team to the next level. You will be responsible for training and motivating our existing team, as well as being there for new members of staff that join as we continue to grow.
This integral role requires a person that has a high level of interpersonal skills, can get the best out of people and works well under pressure.
The role will still require you to spend time on the phones, so you must be experienced in a high volume call centre position. But if you are looking for a job that you can make your mark on, work within a small, happy environment, here’s exactly what we’re looking for:
Availability to work from 3:30pm - 7:30pm Monday - Friday
Previous experience in a call centre environment
Experience leading and motivating a team
High proficiency in computer systems
Ability to problem solve and take charge
Must be able to be positive and upbeat, but also assertive and direct with the team
