Your new company
This is an excellent opportunity to get yourself into a Government Department which provides initiatives for evaluating and improving quality teaching and student learning across schools sectors. Our client is looking for the next first class Support Officer to hit the ground running from day one and make an impression!
Your new role
As a Support Officer it would be your role to work on the helpdesk as the first point of contact for support on the new system implementations across the schools. You will work collaboratively as a team to ensure issues raised are revolved in a timely matter whilst also referring any matters to the appropriate team member. You will plan and prioritise your workload whilst monitoring your own progress and be able to provide first class support to all clients, ensuring a smooth process is ran.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent customer service in previous roles; whilst showing their own initiative and exceeding expectations on a day to day basis. You will have excellent communication, a high level of admin skills as well as handled a high volume of calls with ease. You will have high motivation and exceed on a day to day basis. A background in call centre, government and administration is highly desirable. Retail and hospitality backgrounds are also highly sought after.
What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a fantastic pay rate of $29.00 an hour +Super as well as joining a dynamic environment with high class training. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday and an immediate start.
