About the role:
Join this busy customer service team based in Mulgrave on an initial temporary assignment with the potential to go permanent. You will be part of a small and committed team who are responsible for maintaining the timely and efficient customer service function.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing of customer orders through SAP
- Assisting customers in relation to sales orders, delivery dates and stock availability
- Monitoring and advising of stock shortages
- Coordinating deliveries and stock allocations
- Generating daily and weekly reports
- Working closely with customers, account managers and the warehouse
- Managing daily deadlines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service role, ideally with proficiency in SAP
- Initiative and be self-motivated as occasionally you will be working autonomously
- Excellent communication skills & immaculate presentation
- Strong data entry and written skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- A bright and enthusiastic personality, can work well under pressure
- A willingness to learn and progress in the role
