The Opportunity

The Fleet Repair Management Team is currently seeking a Claims Lodgement Consultant who will facilitate the management and coordination of quality assessments and accurate payment of invoices whilst ensuring each step is managed inline with the agreed client KPI's.

Working from our CBD office, the successful applicant will be passionate about customer service, have great attention to detail and will have the ability juggle multiple deadlines to completion. 

A strong team player, who enjoys working in dynamic fast paced environment, the Claims Lodgement Consultant will be responsible for;

  • Facilitating the  claim lodgements & coordinating Replacement Vehicles
  • Displaying excellent customer service skills through communications with customers, clients and colleagues
  • Maintaining quality of work as measured through audits, agreed SLA's and call monitoring
  • Maintaining of effective internal / external relationship with various stakeholders.
