As Customer Service/ Trade Counter staff, you will receive training and all the support you need to ensure you have the knowledge and experience to assist and grow with the company and build a career with us.

Duties for this role include:

  • Processing customer orders using existing codes
  • Generating customer order picking slips and tax invoices
  • Assist customers with their enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with customers  
  • Cash handling
  • Some manual order picking/ packing with heavy lifting
  • General office administration and clerical duties

The successful applicant must have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years trade counter or customer service experience
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Building products knowledge will be an advantage
  • Ability to speak another language will be highly regarded

This is a full-time position that requires every second Saturday weekend work and is based in several Sydney locations. We are looking to start a new group of Customer Service staff in August 2018.
