Job description:

Based in Chipping Norton in Sydney, this role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing technical advice and product recommendations, and ensuring that orders taken are recorded accurately. With a focus on providing the best possible customer service experience for our customers, some of your daily duties will include:

* timely and accurate processing of orders including order entry
* professional and timely customer support and assistance
* technical advice and product recommendations
* other administrative tasks as assigned


To be a super-star in this role you will need:
* At least 2 years customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* To be incredibly organised and demonstrated strong planning skills
* High attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in ensuring first-time quality in customer records maintenance
* An ability to solve intricate customer problems whilst maintaining customer satisfaction

Candidates with prior experience in the Optical industry will be highly regarded!
