Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a friendly, customer focused individual, to join our customer service team, on a full- time basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure phone and email enquiries and orders are processed quickly and accurately
- Responsive customer communications regarding manufacturing and delivery capabilities or delays
- Manage multiple customer calls & tasks
- Entering and maintaining customer orders
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Processing credits and returns in a timely manner
- Work closely with the dispatch and warehouse departments to ensure a high standard of service is provided to our customers
- Update client databases

- The ability to resolve customer complaints and proactively attend to customer needs.
- Experience working in customer service a must.
- Ability to learn and master a new system quickly.

- Willingness to learn
Your duties will include taking and processing orders, customer enquiries, working with agents and sales representatives and general administration and be flexible with hours.
