Your new company
One of Australia’s big 4 banks is now looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their lending services team based in the Brisbane CBD office on a temporary basis with the potential to lead into a permanent position.

Your new role
Acting as first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls of customer enquiries relating to home loan products. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service and enhancing the customer's experience through conversations to ensure their needs are met. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Confidently promote and offer products and alternative services suitable to the customer’s needs
  • Proactively seek cross selling opportunities
  • Resolving customer enquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner in line with the organisation's policies and procedures
  • Working to achieve set key performance indicators


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a driven individual with a genuine customer focus to provide an outstanding and tailored service to every customer. You will also demonstrate:

  • Professional communication skills and strong ability to build rapport
  • Self-drive and ambition to exceed targets with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and problem solve challenges that may arise
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service environment or financial qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.


Successful candidates will ideally be flexible in their availability to work with the contact centre operating Monday through to Sunday between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. All successful applicants will need to be able to provide two referees and complete a background check.
