Due to internal promotion a Member Contact Consultant is sought to focus on achieving great outcomes for members by providing high quality general advice and supporting them to make informed decisions. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will engage and motivate members and drive leads to personal advice.
Success will be built on your positive commitment to achieving quality outcomes and high level of motivation to achieve acquisition and retention targets. You will model positive team work whilst contributing to business improvements and proactive management of daily activities. As a self-directed learner and skilled problem solver you will provide meaningful solutions that maximise customer satisfaction.
Current RG146 compliance is mandatory and a degree qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable. Experience in a superannuation environment is desirable.
Your daily duties in this role will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective members
- Engaging with members on improving their retirement outcomes
- Providing general advice and education on superannuation and insurance topics
- Actively contributing to business improvements
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Building effective relationships with members
