The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Staffing Services Team Allocator to work at our Regis Head Office in Armadale. We have casual and part time opportunities available. As the Staffing Services Team Allocator you will be responsible for supporting the Regis facilities to fill their rosters and manage unplanned leave – such as sick leave - on a national basis.

This position makes a key contribution to our residents by ensuring appropriate staffing levels in our aged care facilities. The Staffing Services Team is a fast paced environment where your multitasking skills will be highly valuable.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage inbound phone calls from Regis employees for unplanned leave including sick leave.
  • Complete outbound calls to key stakeholder within the organization
  • Book agency staff where approved
  • Record and document unplanned leave calls in our time and attendance record system
  • Manage unplanned leave replacement to ensure adequate staff coverage
  • Maintain current information about the management, locations and staff requirements with each Regis facility
  • Encourage and use feedback to improve service delivery
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing with diverse audiences
  • Use defined process for logging, tracking and reporting.
  • Use of information and communication technology such as Salesforce
  • Manage and complete allocated tasks assigned through Salesforce within required timeframes
