A fantastic full time opportunity has now become available in the Radio Rentals Customer Assistance Call Centre.

Reporting to the Team Leader, your primary role will be to maintain a professional image for the Radio Rentals Group through account and billing inquiries.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
- A total customer focus;
- Superior telephone customer service skills;
- Sound computer skills;
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- The ability to meet or exceed individual and team goals
Previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable.
Good negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes, together with the ability to communicate at all levels, are essential.
