This Client is a statutory corporation within the Victorian Government and provides exceptional service for Victorians on the road. They are currently looking for a casual on-going Customer Service Officers located in Wodonga but to work at both Wodonga and Wangaratta.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment either face to face or phone based
- Full Victorian driver’s license is essential with a clean driving history
- Experience in dealing with difficult people in a structured challenging environment
- Able to deal with customer complaints in a mature manner
- Enjoy working in a fast paced team
- Experience in meeting KPI's and adhering to company policies and procedures

We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work between 3-5 days per week and Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. There is a requirement that you will also undergo training and up skill in license vehicle testing as you become more confident in the position. You also must be flexible to work across 2 sites, both in Wodonga and Wangaratta. This is an ESSENTIAL pre-requisite of the position.
