Full Job Description
One of the Big 4 banks is looking for motivated and highly organised individual to work as an Administrator and Customer service Officer to join a high performing, new business commercial banking team. You will have previous administrative or customer service experience and be ready for your next challenge! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the BIG FOUR banks that offers a 3-6 month contract with the potential for this is extend.
Our client is also looking for candidates with previous banking experience including Bank Guarantees, Settlements, Loans, Foreign Currency and Document Fulfilment. If you having a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and succeed, please apply now!
Key Responsibilities
- Both back office processing and customer service duties across a range of the banks divisions
- Previous experience within banking is highly desirable e.g credit cards or guarantees
- Have good problem-solving skills and be solution oriented
- Be able to work at a fast pace, high volume environment
- Be able to manage own performance and driven to achieve targets and team goals
- Be able to work without supervision
- Professional work ethic and enthusiasm
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Great communication skills - required for phone calls, interacting with Solicitors, Stakeholders and Customers
- Good Time Management - be able to prioritise workloads and multi-task
- Must be able to work well and succeed targets in a team environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors

- Must be available to work full-time hours
- Must be an Australian Perm Resident or Citizen and consent to a police check
