What’s in it for you?

This is a highly strategic role where you’ll be looking after Australian and international SME markets. On offer is a generous base salary of up to $100K along with a lucrative commission plan in place. On top of that, you will see yourself earning well-above $150K OTE in your first year.

What you will be doing?

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of new business within the SME market. The role will involve calling qualified leads, following up marketing campaigns, cross-selling, upgrading existing clients and closing business. You will be responsible for training clients on trading systems, helping the compliance team and contributing to the overall high performance team environment.

  • B2B phone sales experience
  • Exceptional phone manner, tone pitch and modulation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding business acumen
  • Demonstrable ability to win new business

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Degree qualified & RG146 compliant
  • Previous foreign exchange experience
