This allows us to ensure that we find candidates the right role and company for them. We currently have multiple Mobile and Branch-based lending roles with various banks.

Role Overview

As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of mortgage customers. Having the flexibility to be on the road, you will proactively meet with clients and establish strong relationships with referral partners.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Building key relationships and establishing referral partners.
• Providing amazing customer service through your knowledge of mortgage products and services.
• Meet with customers to provide quality needs-based conversations, exploring customers financial needs and goals.
• Key focus on business development. You will be required to network and generate self-sourced business as well as converting leads provided internally.  

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years experience in residential lending with proven sales and ability to meet targets, from either a broker or banking background. 
• Demonstrate a passion for sales delivery.
• Have a solid understanding of the local market and a strong network with existing referral partners. 

Location: All regions across Melbourne with a focus on East, North, CBD and South. Have the flexibility to travel.
