The Credit Support team are an integral part to Pepper’s mortgage division which has had a record start for 2018. Due to this increased demand we are looking for Credit Support Officers to join the Credit Support team on 6 months contract bases.
Based in North Sydney the purpose of the Credit Support Officer is to assist the credit team in the preparation of mortgage assessments operating within Pepper credit guidelines whilst providing exemplary customer service.
What we are looking for in you
Can Do
You’ll have at least 1 year’s demonstrated experience in working within the mortgage industry. Previous experience within a call centre environment will be highly regarded. You will have a positive can do attitude with the desire to excel in all aspects of your role
Balanced
You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service ethic. You’re known to have an ability to remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver. You have the ability to deliver high quality work whist maintaining turnaround times.
