This large holistic wealth management firm focuses on strategic advice for a variety of clients, and has an incredibly loyal and professional client base.
They have a very dynamic and stylish office environment and state of the art technology to make employees lives much easier!
Unlike most financial planning businesses, this boutique provides a true fee for service advice model and are very "high touch" with their clients, contacting or meeting them twice a quarter.
They are currently seeking a Client Services Officer who has the ability to liaise effectively with their client base and maintain excellent relationships
This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Attend client appointments with the Financial Planner to take file notes
- Answering calls from clients regarding the implementation and management of their wealth management portfolios
- Liaise with Fund Managers, etc. to collect client information and inform of any changes to the clients' financial strategy
- Complete and follow up all administration activities associate with the implementation of agreed financial planning strategies for a client
- Ensure accurate management reports
- Ensure all administrative compliance requirements are met
- Attend and assist with client and referral party functions, if required
To be successful for the role you must have some experience working in a professional financial planning business as either a Client Services Officer or Paraplanner/Associate
Strong computer skills will be required and experience in Xplan would be an advantage.
This business is seeking the "right" candidate and will be flexible with your level of experiences as long as you have worked directly for a financial planner before.
The role is available because of a maternity leave cover and could possibly become a permanent role. If you are not available for the full 6 months, but could do 4 or 5 months, please still apply
