My client is looking for successful Home Loan Specialists, Lending Managers, Mortgage Specialists & Mobile Lenders to join there award winning team.
About the role
As a mobile lender, you will play a key role in the banks' strategic ambition of earning all customers' business. Reporting to the bank manager, you will play a key role, with a primary focus on acquiring and retaining customers in their local market by ascertaining their home lending requirements and providing solutions to meet these needs whilst also establishing where else you can help customers achieve their financial goals through the broad range of opportunities the bank offers which include transactional accounts, term deposits, credit cards, personal loads, broker sign-ups, super and mortgage insurance. You'll be driven by innovation and: -
- Be accountable for building relationships and delivering first class service through your knowledge of mortgage products and services.
- Promote the banks financial products and provide professional financial advice when meeting with customers, deepening your relationships through quality needs-based conversations, and exploring their financial needs and goals.
- Have a strong understanding of the local consumer market and the ability to build strong referral partnerships.
- Hold strong business acumen with the ability ascertain individual needs and ensuring these needs are met always acting in the ‘best interests ‘of the customer.

To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Relevant Degree
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- A referral network with strong partnerships.
- Proven lending experience and passion for sales delivery
- Understanding of the local market demographic, business/ industries and the local markets financial need and opportunities.
- Knowledge of product solutions to identify most appropriate solution to meet customers' needs.
- Sales experience, including pipeline management, opportunity management (ability to present solutions to the customer and gain commitment) and proactive customer contact
- Business and financial acumen are considered an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
- Strong customer focus
- PC proficiency
Renumeration- 90-120K + Super + Bonus
