Senior Risk Manager - Enterprise Risk
Summary
Great opportunity to join a leading company within their industry, who has a real focus on the customer and sustainability.
As the Senior Risk Manager you will support the Head of Risk in proactively leading the risk function across all business units, ensuring that appropriate systems, controls and reporting is in place.
Key focus will be on business continuity, risk management framework, reporting, development and management of technology to the support the risk function and improve risk culture across the company.
The Role
- Be a subject matter expert and provide relevant advice to the business to ensure risks are appropriately identified, assessed and monitored
- Appropriate soft skills to ensure a culture of risk understanding, ownership and action
- Responsible for drafting, implementation and communication of relevant risk policies, procedures and key risk indicators
- Implement and maintain a group business continuity strategy
- Ensure ERM is fully compliance with relevant regulatory authorities
- Proactive in identifying economic/social/legislative change that would impact Risk profile at an operational and strategic level
- Develop and deliver training, workshops and policies
You
- Extensive experience in risk management - no preferred industry background
- Effective stakeholder engagement
- Project management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
