• Must have automotive dealership experience in a similar role

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Team leader to join their expanding team based on the South West Coast of Victoria.

This is a great opportunity to join a family run and community orientated dealership that employ over 50 local employees. They deal with several community organisations on a regular basis and have a large number of repeat customers going through many generations.
About the role
The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience in selling Finance and Insurance, as well as assisting the New & Used Vehicle Sales departments with negotiations when needed. You will be self motivated with the ability to lead and mentor your team to achieve and maintain positive outcomes for all finance and insurance customers.
