Reporting to the Branch Manager, the rare opportunity of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), has arisen within the Warrandyte branch.  This is an important role, as the CRM is responsible for establishing long-term relationships with customers and plays an important role in building the success of the branch in the community.

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive customer service experience
• Lending experience- FSRAT1 Accredited
• Flexibility- some travel, weekend, or out of hours work may be required on occasion
• Community-oriented- participation in local community initiatives
