G.J. Finance is now looking for a motivated and experienced Broker / Home Lender to join their successful team in the Brisbane area.
We are offering a base salary plus generous commission (OTE potential up to $100-120k) but most importantly a lead rich environment with full office support for you to write serious volume.

What we need from you...
- You have at least 18-24 mths experience as a bank lender or mortgage broker, comfortable with the process and industry, with an existing network of contacts, referrers and/or clients to market to ;
- You have a passion for property, people and finance (no back room introverts) ;
- You can sell - you are comfortable on the phone, can chase down leads and can convert warm enquiries into closed business (we provide the leads, you have the sales skills) ;
- You want to be able to significantly increase your income year on year (i.e you are not happy with just a base).
This role will be based in the suburbs of Brisbane primarily, with travel required on a weekly basis to areas within a 30-45 min drive. radius.
As you will be working within the GJ Gardner Homes business and from their Display Homes regularly, weekend work should be expected on a regular basis.
