They are now in a position to bring on an additional Broker to ensure they maintain the quality of service that makes them the preferred lender with so many.
Reporting to the General Manager of Business Development and Advice, you will work alongside other Brokers and a service team and be responsible for providing industry leading finance advice and service to the genuine qualified leads that are provided by the firm.
You will be able to act in the clients’ best interest in regard to a wide selection of loan products. Due to the strength of Johnston Grocke’s respected client base and referral networks you will benefit on an ongoing basis from genuine qualified leads that come from other teams within the firm, as well as from highly recognised business partners within the real estate industry and other professional associations.
While you facilitate and efficiently manage clients within a growing client base, you will be provided with full administration support for loan processing through to settlement ensuring that client requirements are met in a timely and cost effective manner. Going forward, your finance advice may not be solely limited to residential lending, as there may be opportunities to provide commercial lending, leasing and equipment finance, personal loans and private funding to the benefit of referral sources of the firms extensive client base.

Applicants may be proven Mortgage Brokers working for another financial services organisation who may want to advance their career with a smaller, yet professional organisation, or applicants may be currently providing phone based lending or mortgage support and wish to apply their customer relations skills more fully in a firm that will directly reward effort.
This role may suit salaried or commission only applicants. So as to not discourage quality lenders who may need the security of an acceptable base salary, there may also be possibilities for the right candidate to capitalise on a model that may eventually allow you to be self-employed in the future.
