Our Client, a Investment Bond, FI and an Australian Equity specialist is expanding their current Sydney office. Their brand is recognised nationally and is synonymous with being a domestic industry leader.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to create a name for themselves in the market and achieve success in an autonomous role but with the backing of a significant industry player. You will grow networks in the Sydney market via relationships with Independently Licensed Financial Planning firms. Head office is based in Sydney - with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Your goal will be to canvas the advice market - map and prospect some of the small, medium to large group and leverage of the brands existing presence and connectivity in the market. Initially you will also receive extensive induction training which will enable you to fully understand the product offering and understand the company's USPs. This training and support will however be ongoing so you achieve your goals and maximise your revenue opportunities.
This opportunity would be suitable if you:
- Have demonstrable experience as a BDM, key account manager, account manager or from a similar natured role.
- Are a self-motivated, outgoing individual who is looking to establish themselves as an acknowledged BDM.
It is desirable that you have an established network across different SME and non-aligned financial planning firms. More importantly however is your attitude and drive to create these networks and relationships with SMEs and your determination to grow your individual brand in tandem to the company's. Ultimately, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your previous experience and current ambition to the next success story in this space of financial services.
