Your new company
This top tier bank have a strong market presence across both business and corporate banking. They have an established commercial banking team who cover a range of product offerings to their clients. They are currently looking to recruit a Business Banking Manager to join their high performing team.
Your new role
In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of profitable commercial clients. Lending on the team ranges anywhere from $1M to $7.5M. A full time Assistant will support you in credit memorandums, annual reviews and general administrative duties. This will allow you to utilise your time more effectively, networking and bringing on new-to-bank business. Developing relationships with referral partners will play an important part in your role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will require a proven track record in relationship management within business or commercial banking. You will demonstrate the ability to acquire and build relationships with new clients. You will have had exposure to both business and commercial banking and a strong understanding of business/commercial lending.
