An Award winning National Financial Planning firm are seeking to appoint a Client Service Officer / Financial Planning Assistant based in Brisbane. In this exciting position, you will be working in a team of Client support professionals supporting very high performing Financial Advisor's delivering distinctive value to clients through effective and timely financial planning processes and services.

The key requirements of this position will include:

• Assisting advisers with client relationship management
• Maintaining the integrity of the client database
• Preparing quotes, implement advice documentation - Insurance, Super, Investments, SMSF, Risk etc
• Providing technical administrative support to advisers, associate advisors and the broader wealth team
• Contributing to continuous process improvement
• Liaising with product providers and other third parties
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documents
• Assist with the identification of new client opportunities

 
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma of Financial Planning as a minimum
• Experience as a CSO in a Financial Planning firm essential
• Xplan experience preferred
• The desire to grow their career in Financial Planning
