The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Sales Specialist or Home Loan Manager to join our Franchise in Sydney Inner West. We are looking to recruit a highly driven sales professional with experience in the lending industry. The successful individual will play a significant role in driving the overall growth, sales performance and success of the business.
In this newly established position, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a strong network for referrals and future opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Managing sale and fulfillment of home loans that complies with RAMS credit policy, RAMS Responsible Lending policy and processes
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service
Your Background
You will have demonstrated Sales and Mortgage Lending experience within the banking/finance sector. Additionally, you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to generate referral sources and generate new business
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with strong customer focus and work ethic
- Certificate IV Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
