Our client is a mid-sized high profile financial services organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager that wants to step up into a senior strategic role.
As an integral part of the group compliance team, you will be responsible for driving a significant change agenda within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Development, implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance framework and methodology
- Reviewing and building a Compliance training program
- Maintain and enhance the compliance assurance program
- Various compliance reporting activities as required
- Developing Policies and Procedures
- Various other compliance responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
- Substantial experience in Compliance, Regulatory Assurance or Audit role
- Financial Services experience, Investment Banking, Financial Markets, Funds Management, Broking ideal
- Relevant qualifications i.e. CA, Degree, etc
- The ability to operate in a hands on, autonomous capacity and also as part of a team
- The confidence and presence to engage with senior management as well as roll up your sleeves and work in the business
