The Associate Adviser provides professional and high quality financial planning services to all new and existing Perpetual Private clients. This role is integral to the success of the team and works closely with the Advisers in our Melbourne office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce high quality, tailored and compliant SOAs for Perpetual Private clients across both the Advisory and Fiduciary networks
- Participate in client meetings with Advisers
- Assist Advisers in handling client enquiries and client servicing in line with agreed timeframes and service standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and referrals to Advisers and account owners
- Attend meetings, seminars and training sessions as required for ongoing professional development and maintain CPD points
The successful candidate will have:
- Financial Planning experience across a broad range of advice
- Client service focus with strong relationship building/management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Bachelor degree preferably in Finance or Financial Planning
- Completed DFP 1-4 or higher
- RG146 compliant
