Our client is a leading FMCG company going through a period of growth. This is a newly created IT Risk and Compliance role in the Commercial and Project Management Team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a compliance framework to ensure that standards, guidelines and legal requirements are followed
- Define processes by which the organisation identifies, measures, controls and reports on relevant risks
- Establish Assurance Management Program
- Monitor and report on compliance and operational risk exposure
- Investigate issues when required
- Contribute to IT Team strategy implementation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor Degree in IT or Business or equivalent
- Substantial risk and compliance experience in an IT environment
- Experience in driving a strong risk culture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, interact, influence, and be a trusted adviser
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
