Our company is a leading global provider of over-the-counter derivative trading solutions, one of world's fastest growing financial products. The role encompasses compliance, administration and customer support, and will give you exposure across the whole business. You must possess an excellent work ethic, plenty of initiative and be willing to learn and grow with the business. Attention to detail and the ability to follow compliance programs will be essential. We will provide support and training for the right candidate to develop into a financial services professional.
Key Responsibilities/Essential attributes
- On-boarding new clients in line within KYC regulations
- Processing deposits and withdrawals on the platform using different payment gateways and in compliance with AML/CTF regulations
- Performing daily client money reconciliations
- Compiling and lodging daily transactional data in line with regulation
- Provide support to clients via email and telephone
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills;
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills;
- Organisational and time management skills;
- Attention to detail and good record keeping skills;
- Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner;
- Strong understanding of ASIC and other regulatory guidance;
- Able to complete tasks complying with regulations and industry standards;
- Quick to learn new processes and systems;
- Ability to work to deadlines.
Previous experience in Customer Service and/or the Financial Services Industry is desirable but not essential. A Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance and an RG 146 qualification is also desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
