We are seeking a smart, energetic and trustworthy individual for a Loans Processor position.

You will be working closely with a highly qualified mortgage and sales team, to follow warm leads, obtain supporting documents from clients, complete applications from fact find through to settlement (and ongoing loan monitoring). You will be trained to prepare loan submissions and liaising with lenders through to loan settlement.
You will be involved in general administrative duties, chasing up loan applications with lending institutions, tracking loans from lodgement to settlement. Liaising with all associated parties including; finance brokers, real estate agents, lending institutions, builders and settlement agents.

Duties and responsibilities will include: -
- Responsible for the pre-credit functions of the mortgage home loan process
- Completing and submitted home loan application documents
- Liaising with clients during the fact find process through to loan lodgement
- Researching lender policy and procedures
- Lodging home loan applications and following applications through to settlement.
- General office duties and assisting the Home Loans Team with other adhoc duties when needed
- Dealing with the clients directly, banks BDM's and credit teams as well as with internal stakeholders. The business works with all of the major lenders and non-bank lenders covering all types of residential Home Loans, car Loans, construction Loans, Loans to SMSF.
- Following up clients, lawyers, bank lenders
- Data entry
- Assessing loan checklists, and order property evaluations
- Scheduling of events and appointments
- Mail and stationary duties

ESSENTIAL:
•previous experience in credit / loan processing
• Mortgage Broking environment experience preferred
• Knowledge of loan applications and processing through to settlement
• Ability to hit the ground running & work unsupervised
• Immaculate reporting & administrative skills
• Time management skills
• Fluent English essential
