The role will support the Head of Finance to deliver performance insight and advice to drive outcomes:
- Reporting forecasting and insights including modelling support to the business unit
- Strategic advice to the business through analysis of external and internal factors and developing financial models and business cases
- Provide business decision support to senior management across the finance and the business unit
- Provide commercial insights through analytical review of data and business drivers and performance.
- Developing financial models and business cases for various projects
The successful Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will have the following experience:
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified (or equivalent)
- 6+ years experience in a finance and accounting environment
- Sound technical accounting background and experience
- Knowledge and industry experience in wealth management/banking industry, M&A or Transactions experience desirable
- Detailed knowledge of modelling
- Detailed knowledge of key business drivers, performance metrics
- Data, Systems, and Data Visualisation experience desirable
