You
You feel like you've taken all the right steps to progress your career but now you're not. In fact you feel a little stagnant. You have the unique ability to both communicate incredibly well verbally but also have an astute knack of analysing different investment analytics and data.
Strategy
The ins and outs of super contributions, personal and business risk, strategic modelling and intricate investment portfolios are your forte. In fact when it comes to developing a plan and strategy for the clients of your Principal / Advisor, you competently do all the planning.
Clients
You're absorbed by helping clients and getting to know them on a very personal level. After all when they are investing over $10M dollars to your recommendation, you understand it's your duty to know their goals. You also love to interact with fund managers, BDM, and other figures within the investment and financial services space.
Frustration
Your development appears halted at this stage. Your Principal / Advisor does not let you present in meetings or allow you to develop further. You were promised specific development for presenting SoAs and other strategy, however this has not eventuated. You know your Principal can trust you but feel they're keeping you in your current position because you excel in it and can't be replace easily.
