My client is a boutique finance broking company (predominately within Mortgages) servicing a range of clients with from high net worth individuals to business owners and first time buyers. A newly created role for a Loan Writer has become available.

The Role:

• Analyse semi-complex client financial information such as Trust Tax returns, company tax returns and be able to calculate clients true income to enable them to maximize their borrowings
• Prepare and send proposals to clients
• Work out the best loan structure for each client looking at each individual case
• Compile loan applications
• Assist in selecting the most appropriate lender on the basis of the lenders credit criteria
• Process loan applications and follow them through until settlement
• Liaise with clients to gather information and to give them an update on their application
• Resolve any issues client having with their application

The Person:

• 2 years previous experience working in a similar role
• Able to prepare lender proposals and submissions
• Be familiar with ‘Apply Online’
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communicator
• Motivated and proactive
• Able to work autonomously
