In this role you will take calls from customers as a first point of contact. You will use your problem solving and customer service skills to give the caller an outstanding customer experience.

Be the banking expert and provide appropriate information on Loans and related products to provide the customer with valuable financial services advice.

To fit into the this position you will need to essentially have previous experience demonstrating -

  • Understanding of general banking products  having worked in either a branch or in a Call Centre previously
  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities
  • Confidence in approaching customers with suggestions to smarter banking options
  • Ability to qualify a loan and recommend it to the credit assessment team
  • Call centre experience desirable
  • Tier Ii/Cert IV in Financial Services is essential
  • Clear communication skills including good listening skills
  • A friendly personality with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Salary $65 -70K+ benefits for the right candidate based on experience
