The Company

Situated in the heart of the CBD a established and award HNW boutique practice is going through a sustained period of growth of the back of several strategic alliances with top professional service firms. 

As a Client Service Manager you will:

• Provide quality support to Financial Planners in managing client reviews, including meetings, document preparation and implementation.
• Communication with clients and suppliers on a daily basis in relation to queries via email, phone and in person.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Process and track client applications.
• Lodge insurance claims including liaising with clients and financial institutions
• Managing administrative duties including updating database (xplan) and other systems.
• General office administration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Financial Planning
• Have experience with COIN or Xplan
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Implementation
• Strong Attention to detail is key
